By using ShopToday.pk, you confirm that the information you provide while placing an order is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order if the information provided is incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, or cannot be verified.
Placing an order on ShopToday.pk does not automatically guarantee confirmation or shipment. Orders are processed after successful verification by our team.
Our team may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to verify your order, shipping address, payment, or other order-related information.
To confirm an order, customers are required to pay an advance amount of Rs. 350.
This advance payment is required as part of our order confirmation process and helps us reduce fake, incomplete, and unclaimed orders.
An order will not be considered confirmed until the required Rs. 350 advance payment has been received and successfully verified by ShopToday.pk.
After the required advance payment has been received, the remaining balance will be payable through Cash on Delivery (COD) when the parcel is delivered.
For example, if your total order amount is Rs. 2,000 and you have already paid Rs. 350 in advance, the remaining Rs. 1,650 will be payable at the time of delivery.
Customers must make the advance payment only through payment methods or account details officially provided by ShopToday.pk.
We may request reasonable payment confirmation information, such as a transaction reference or payment screenshot, to verify the payment before confirming the order.
Providing false payment information, edited payment screenshots, incorrect transaction details, or any other misleading information may result in immediate cancellation of the order.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, prices, and other information accurately. However, minor differences in product packaging, color, design, or appearance may occur due to manufacturer updates, photography, screen settings, or product batches.
Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. If a pricing, stock, or listing error affects an order, we may contact the customer before processing the order.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.
Customers should place orders only when they genuinely intend to receive them. Repeated refusal of confirmed orders, provision of incorrect delivery information, or failure to receive parcels may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery orders.
Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not always be possible.
ShopToday.pk reserves the right to cancel an order where necessary, including in cases involving payment verification issues, incorrect customer information, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery limitations.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy published on ShopToday.pk. Customers should review that policy before placing an order.
By placing an order and providing your contact information, you agree that ShopToday.pk may contact you for legitimate order-related purposes, including order verification, advance payment instructions, shipping updates, delivery coordination, and customer support.
Personal information provided by customers is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Necessary information may be shared with courier companies, payment providers, and other service providers where required to process and fulfill an order.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShopToday.pk will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, service interruptions, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
ShopToday.pk may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page and will become effective from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
